Wise

We live in a troubled world with people denying God, killing innocent
people and promoting evil.  Fear is rampant throughout our world.  So,
the question is how do we live wisely in these perilous times?  Paul in
his letter to Timothy wrote of these very times in which we are now
seeing come to pass.  Our only hope is in our relationship and faith in
Jesus Christ.  Paul encouraged Timothy to continue in the things which
he had learned (the Holy Scriptures) and they would make him wise.
Good advise for such times in which we live.

Inspired by the Holy Spirit, Timothy records, “But know this, that in the
last days perilous times will come:. . . But evil men and impostors will
grow worse and worse, deceiving and being deceived. But you must
continue in the things which you have learned and been assured of,
knowing from whom you have learned them, and that from childhood
you have known the Holy Scriptures, which are able to make you wise
for salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus. ”
2 Timothy 3:1,13-15 (NKJV)

Today, increase your knowledge of scripture and let God’s word equip
and make you wise in how to deal with our troubled world.
