Waiting Hopefully
While we wait in our homes for this pandemic to subside, in what or who do you put your hope? Is your hope in the government, your family, doctors, nurses, the military or do you put your hope in God? While these people and entities are working hard to address our current situation, only God can put a stop to this pandemic. Oh, sure we can learn actions to manage the situation; but our hope is in God, who created us all. So, as we patiently wait in our homes, God will give you hope when you seek Him. He alone is our salvation and He alone will give us hope.
Inspired by the Holy Spirit, Lamentations records, “The Lord is my portion, saith my soul; therefore, will I hope in him.The Lord is good unto them that wait for him, to the soul that seeketh him. It is good that a man should both hope and quietly wait for the salvation of the Lord.” Lamentations 3:24-26 (KJV)
Today, open Gods word, spend time with Him in prayer and be hopeful.
Remember God Loves you and I Do Too.
