The Garden
Have you ever planted a garden? Although it takes work, great things can be harvested from garden planting. As you know, life began in a garden. It was in the Garden of Eden where man became willful and chose to disobey God. As a result, life was forever changed and sin entered the world which broke man’s relationship with God. But there was another garden experience, the Garden of Gethsemane, where Jesus surrendered His will to the will of God and forever changed mankind’s destiny. You see, Jesus built a bridge of hope for the world in the Garden when He surrendered His will to the will of God. It is over that bridge we must all walk to receive the fruit of Jesus’s finished work on the cross. How about you? Have you taken the steps over that bridge of hope and received the free gift of redemption? Simply ask Jesus to forgive you of your sins; turn from them and surrender your will to His will for your life.
Inspired by the Holy Spirit, Luke wrote, “Be it known unto you all, and to all the people of Israel, that by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom ye crucified, whom God raised from the dead, even by him doth this man stand here before you whole. This is the stone which was set at nought of you builders, which is become the head of the corner. Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.” Acts 4:10-12 (KJV)
Today, call upon Jesus and receive His free gift of eternal life with Him – salvation from the sins that separate us from God.
Remember God Loves you and I Do Too.
