The Center

The center is usually considered to be the most important area of focus. On what do you focus?  Is is your job, family, position in the community, your next vacation? When we think about our body, our heart would be considered central to life. The Psalmist declared God to be the strength of his heart and his portion forever.  God is the center of everything.

Inspired by the Holy Spirit, the Psalmist wrote, “Whom have I in heaven but thee? and there is none upon earth that I desire beside thee. My flesh and my heart faileth: but God is the strength of my heart, and my portion for ever.” Psalm 73:25-26 (KJV)

Today, focus on God, let Him be the center of your life, and watch Him work.
