The Body

The Body

There are times in each of our lives when we need help from the
body of Christ.  Yesterday was a particularly difficult day in the
spiral of chemotherapy.  When I asked for prayer, the body of
Christ came through for me and prayed.  I can never thank you
all enough for your prayer support.

Inspired by the Holy Spirit, Paul wrote, “For just as each of us has
one body with many members, and these members do not all have
the same function, so in Christ we, though many, form one body,
and each member belongs to all the others.”  Romans 12:4-5 (NIV)

Today, if you are in need call upon the body of Christ, who will be
there for you too.
