Thankful
Be thankful! In Thessalonians, Paul tells us to “give thanks in everything.” Notice it does not say “for” everything. Giving thanks comes from a grateful heart. And when you give thanks, be sure to thank God for your friends and family and for the grace given to them in Christ Jesus. Paul set the example for us by giving thanks for all who came to know the Lord through the ministry.
Inspired by the Holy Spirit, Paul wrote, “I always thank my God for you because of his grace given you in Christ Jesus. For in him you have been enriched in every way—with all kinds of speech and with all knowledge” 1 Corinthians 1:4-5 (NIV)
Today, give thanks with a grateful heart for family and friends.
