Steps
When your life began, the potential for you to become anything you wanted was present. There were certain things that you had to accomplish first, not the least of which was walking and talking. You also had to comprehend certain things, which took time. The same is true in our relationship with Christ. The first step is receiving Christ by faith, the next step is to comprehend his love and be filled with Him. The point is these steps take time, so wherever you are in this journey, just rest and know, Jesus will bring your life to be complete in Him. Paul said it best.
Inspired by the Holy Spirit, Paul wrote, “That Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith; that ye, being rooted and grounded in love, May be able to comprehend with all saints what is the breadth, and length, and depth, and height; And to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, that ye might be filled with all the fulness of God.” Ephesians 3:17-19 (KJV)
Today, praise God for your present condition and keep walking with Him. He is your guide, companion and friend.
