What Kind of Person?

(Seventh in a series)

In this series of messages, information about what we are to do has
been shared, (watch and pray and be on your guard). Now that we
have studied what to do, we need to know what kind of person we
should be. Peter said, since we are expecting the Lord to return, what
kind of person ought we to be?

Inspired by the Holy Spirit, Peter wrote, “So, beloved, since you are
expecting these things, be eager to be found by Him [at His coming]
without spot or blemish and at peace [in serene confidence, free from
fears and agitating passions and moral conflicts]. And consider that
the long-suffering of our Lord His slowness in avenging wrongs and
judging the world] is salvation that which is conducive to the soul’s
safety), even as our beloved brother Paul also wrote to you according
to the spiritual insight given him,” 2 Peter 3:14,15 (AMP)

Today, as you watch and pray for the Lord’s return, be eagerly waiting
without spot or blemish and be at peace.
