Morning Thoughts – Truth

Truth

Unfortunately, many today believe there is no real truth
and that truth is relative to the situation – i.e. Abortion is
acceptable in certain situations; lying is acceptable to
further any cause; stealing is acceptable when it is small
stuff; and politicians telling you what you want to hear.
Jesus said of himself, “I am the Way—yes, and the Truth
and the Life. No one can get to the Father except by means
of me.” (John 14:6 TLB) Believing in Jesus, the truth, will set
you free.

Inspired by the Holy Spirit, John wrote, “Then many of the
Jewish leaders who heard him say these things began believing
him to be the Messiah. Jesus said to them, “You are truly my
disciples if you live as I tell you to, and you will know the truth,
and the truth will set you free.” John 8:31-32 (TLB)

Today, study to know the truth.
