Trust

Who do you trust? As Christians, trusting God to secure and save us
for all of eternity is probably the most significant level of trust we can
experience. It seems strange that we can trust Him for eternity; but,
have difficulty trusting Him for healing, financial, physical or even
emotional needs. When Abraham took Isaac to the mountain to offer
him as a sacrifice to God, he trusted God to either provide a sacrifice or
to raise Isaac after he had sacrificed Isaac to God. Now, that is trust.

Inspired by the Holy Spirit, Genesis records, “And Abraham said to his
servants, Settle down and stay here with the donkey, and I and the
young man will go yonder and worship and come again to you. . . Then
Abraham looked up and glanced around, and behold, behind him was a
ram caught in a thicket by his horns. And Abraham went and took the
ram and offered it up for a burnt offering and an ascending sacrifice
instead of his son! So Abraham called the name of that place The Lord
Will Provide. And it is said to this day, On the mount of the Lord it will
be provided.” Genesis 22:5,13-14 (AMPC)

Today, trust God to provide for your every need.
