Resurrection – Then What?

We just celebrated the Resurrection of Jesus Christ, the Messiah.
For Christians a celebration of immense importance. You might
wonder, what happened after the resurrection, who saw Jesus
and what did it all mean? As it happens, Paul described for us
just who saw Jesus. Since the soldiers, who were guarding Jesus,
took money to say His disciples stole Jesus away while they slept,
the fact that Jesus appeared to more than His disciples after His
resurrection is extremely significant. (paraphrased Matthew 28:11-13)
Our Savior, Jesus Christ the Messiah is ALIVE.

Inspired by the Holy Spirit, Paul wrote, “For I passed on to you first
of all what I also had received, that Christ (the Messiah, the Anointed
One) died for our sins in accordance with [what] the Scriptures [foretold],
That He was buried, that He arose on the third day as the Scriptures
foretold, And [also] that He appeared to Cephas (Peter), then to the
Twelve. Then later He showed Himself to more than five hundred
brethren at one time, the majority of whom are still alive, but some have
fallen asleep [in death]. Afterward He was seen by James, then by all
the apostles (the special messengers), And last of all He appeared to
me also, as to one prematurely and born dead [^{[a]no better than an
unperfected fetus among living men].” 1 Corinthians 15:3-8 (AMP)}

Today, after the celebration of the Resurrection of our Lord, live in
hope because He lives we live also.
