Morning Thoughts – Peace, Word, Thanksgiving
Peace, Word, Thanksgiving
Holidays can be difficult for families. Although we would all like to
have the Hollywood picture perfect family gathering. Real life is not
always like that. However, our goal is to strive for peace – in our
families, our home, and our world. Today if you are experiencing the
loss of a loved one – whether by choice or not, know that Jesus is with
you and will comfort you through His Word and give Thanks for His
presence in your life.
Paul (inspired by the Holy Spirit) wrote, “Let the peace of Christ keep
you in tune with each other, in step with each other. None of this going
off and doing your own thing. And cultivate thankfulness. Let the Word
of Christ—the Message—have the run of the house. Give it plenty of
room in your lives. Instruct and direct one another using good common
sense. And sing, sing your hearts out to God! Let every detail in your
lives—words, actions, whatever—be done in the name of the Master,
Jesus, thanking God the Father every step of the way.”
Colossians 3:16 (MSG)
Today, give thanks every step of the way and find peace through God’s word.
Be Blessed and Be a Blessing.
Remember God Loves You and I do too.
