Morning Thoughts – Overflowing Love

Overflowing Love

Have you ever seen a river out of it’s banks? The river bed simply
could not contain all of the water that was flowing and there was
no room for any more. That is the kind of love we are to have
toward others. That overflowing love that gushes out and reflects
Christ. Our world needs to see that kind of love from us.

Paul wrote, “My prayer for you is that you will overflow more and
more with love for others, and at the same time keep on growing
in spiritual knowledge and insight, 10 for I want you always to see
clearly the difference between right and wrong, and to be inwardly
clean, no one being able to criticize you from now until our Lord
returns.” Philippians 1:9-10 (TLB)

Today be filled with the love of Jesus and spill it out on others.
