Life
What is Life? Is it the breath we breathe into our lungs? Is it the manner
in which we live? Is it the day to day things we do and have? Yes to all of
the questions; but it is so much more. Life is never ending. The life we are
living now; is but a prelude to eternity. When we pass from this world, we
enter into eternity and will spend it somewhere. If you choose to think only
about your temporary life in this world, then your destination for all eternity
is sure to be a miserable one. If, however, you choose to think about eternal
life and live accordingly; then your destination for all eternity is sure to be
joyful. You see the temporal life is short by comparison to eternity, which
never ends.
Jesus said, “For whoever is bent on saving his [temporal] life [his comfort and
security here] shall lose it [eternal life]; and whoever loses his life [his comfort
and security here] for My sake shall find it [life everlasting].”
Matthew 16:25 AMP
Today, live for Jesus and your life with Him for all eternity.
