Morning Thoughts – Judging
Judging
Do you ever question why people do certain things? When someone
offends or hurts you, do you judge them? Unfortunately, we all have
been guilty of judging others. Often, I have to remind myself, I can’t
judge the motivation of a human heart. This morning a familiar scripture
reminded me God’s word exposes and judges the very thoughts and
intentions of our own heart.
Inspired by the Holy Spirit, the author of Hebrews wrote, “For the word
of God is living and active and full of power [making it operative, energizing,
and effective]. It is sharper than any two-edged sword, penetrating as far
as the division of the soul and spirit [the completeness of a person], and
of both joints and marrow [the deepest parts of our nature], exposing and
judging the very thoughts and intentions of the heart. Hebrews 4:12 (AMP)
Today, let God’s word judge the intentions of your heart.
Be Blessed and Be a Blessing.
Remember God Loves You and I Do Too.
