When you look at a chain, do you see how the links hold together? They are interwoven which makes the chain strong.  One of the links in the Bible is the link between loving God and loving our neighbors.  Jesus said we are to Love God with all our heart and then we are to love our neighbor as ourselves.  When the intent of our hearts and fiber of our being is filled with love for God and others, we are strong and that link cannot be broken.  The primary factor is keeping our hearts focused upon God, who is our strength.

Inspired by the Holy Spirit, Matthew recorded, “Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself.” Matthew 22:37-39 (KJV)

Today, be strong in the Lord – loving Him and others.
