Inheritance

An inheritance is something given to an heir after the death of the giver. As a Christian, we have been given an inheritance that is unlike any possible earthly gift to an heir. Are you expecting an inheritance?  Have you made the necessary decision to position yourself as an heir of Christ?  Christ did all the work.  The only requirement is for us to accept His finished work on the cross and receive the gift of salvation, which makes you an heir.

Inspired by the Holy Spirit, Peter wrote, “Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, which according to his abundant mercy hath begotten us again unto a lively hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, To an inheritance incorruptible, and undefiled, and that fadeth not away, reserved in heaven for you, Who are kept by the power of God through faith unto salvation ready to be revealed in the last time.” ! Peter 1:3-5 (KJV)

Today, invite Christ to be the Lord of your life and expect an inheritance as an heir.
