Imitators
Have you ever watched someone imitate a famous person? Most often it is not just the voice; but, also the actions that make the imitation convincing. Have you ever heard your parents words coming out of your mouth? Paul said we are to be imitators of God not just in words but also in actions because it is pleasing to God.
Inspired by the Holy Spirit, Paul wrote, “Therefore be imitators of God as dear children. And walk in love, as Christ also has loved us and given Himself for us, an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweet-smelling aroma.” Ephesians 5:1-2 (NKJV)
Today, imitate God and walk in love.
