Elijah was in a predicament. Jezebel was out to kill him. He ran and went to the mountain to seek God. During that time the Lord encouraged him not in a whirlwind, earthquake or fire; but with a still small voice. No matter what you are facing, go to the Lord and let Him encourage you and give you hope. Listen to His still small voice.
Inspired by the Holy Spirit, 1 Kings records, “And he said, Go forth, and stand upon the mount before the Lord. And, behold, the Lord passed by, and a great and strong wind rent the mountains, and brake in pieces the rocks before the Lord; but the Lord was not in the wind: and after the wind an earthquake; but the Lord was not in the earthquake: And after the earthquake a fire; but the Lord was not in the fire: and after the fire a still small voice. 1 Kings 19:11-12 (KJV)
Today, seek God and let His hope fill you.
