Giving Thanks

Are you thankful?  To whom do you give thanks? Do you thank your spouse when he/she does something for you?  All too often we treat others better than we do those in our own family.  It is time to awaken and give thanks for the little things our families do for us each day.  Are you thankful to God for your situation in life?  Paul said we are to give thanks IN everything.  He DID NOT say we are to give thanks FOR everything.  We can give thanks in all things; because we are living in the will of God. 

Inspired by the Holy Spirit, Paul wrote, “In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.” 1 Thessalonians 5:18  (KJV)
