Gifts

At various times of the year, we all look for and think about what gifts we are going to give to our fathers, mothers, and children.  At this time we are thinking about what gift we are going to give to our fathers; however, our father in heaven has a gift for everyone.  His gift is not restricted to a particular day, month or season.  It is available to anyone at any time if you will just ask.

Inspired by the Holy Spirit, Luke recorded Jesus when he said, “If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children: how much more shall your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to them that ask him?” Luke 11:13 (KJV)

Today, just ask God for the gift that is available to you anytime.
