When you were a child did you ever walk in the foot prints made by someone especially after the mud had dried?  It was easier to step into those footprints that to try to navigate your way through some difficult circumstances.  Life sometimes throws us some difficulties and our paths don’t always seem easy.  Our natural mind does not understand the why of things; but no matter, we are to trust and follow Jesus – He has a plan that is going to work out for our good regardless of our circumstances.

Inspired by the Holy Spirit, Mark quoted Jesus when He said, “And when he had called the people unto him with his disciples also, he said unto them, Whosoever will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me.”  Mark 8:34

Today, follow Jesus and be encouraged that your life circumstances have not come to destroy you but to lead you down the path of life in Christ.
