Faithful

For the past two weeks, we have had my 92 year old mother in and out of the hospital twice with a bleeding issue. First, let me thank each of you who have faithfully prayed for her.  She is on the mend and I give God the praise and glory for it.  Second, God’s faithfulness in answering all our prayers reaffirms to me His great love, mercy and grace.  Love demonstrated in his faithfulness, Mercy demonstrated through the support of family and friends and Grace in the restoration of my Mom.

Inspired by the Holy Spirit, Paul wrote, “There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it.”  1 Corinthians 10:13 (KJV)
