Enriched

The definition of enriched is “to improve or enhance the quality or value of something” and is a word used by many manufacturers to indicate their products have been made better in some way.  For instance, milk has been enriched with vitamins and minerals to provide more nutrition.  For the Christian, enrichment has been provided by God in everything; but especially in our speech and knowledge.  So what do we do with that enrichment?  We let the process of enrichment take effect and change how we think and talk.

Inspired by the Holy Spirit, Paul wrote, “I thank my God always on your behalf, for the grace of God which is given you by Jesus Christ; That in every thing ye are enriched by him, in all utterance, and in all knowledge;”  1 Corinthians 1:4-5 (KJV)

Today, give thanks to God for how He has improved the quality and value of your life.
