Call To Prayer
When all looks lost, as Christians, we turn to God. In Judges 7 God tells Gideon that his army is too large and that we would not help Gideon’s army defeat the Midian in battle because God did not want the victory to be attributed to numbers. God wanted the glory of the victory to be attributed to the favor, sovereignty, and power of God. God whittled down Gideon’s army of 32,000 men to only 300 to battle against an army of 135,000 Midianites and Gideon was victorious when he was faithful to God’s will and plan.
Today are we not facing similar circumstances? Are our fundamental beliefs, morality, and our faith under constant attack? Does God not tell us what we should do? Are you excited to see the Lord working in these times? Let us be faithful to God and come together on Wednesday, November 11th at 6pm for an hour of prayer. We will be praying for our nation, the election, and for God to show America His glory. Join us in the Fellowship Hall at 6pm or via Zoom. Contact Nancy for a zoom link. If you cannot join us, pray where you are with us.
Following our time of prayer we will be meeting for our Staying Connected class at 7pm. We are beginning our study of Revelation, and all are welcome to join us.
