Belong

Belong

Chances are you belong to something – a family, a work crew, a church
or a number of groups.  It is important to belong.  It is in belonging that
we feel acceptance and love.  However, did you know when you asked
Jesus to forgive you of your sins and be your Lord, you then became His
very own child.  You belong to Him.   No matter what happens in your
life, you belong to Jesus.

Inspired by the Holy Spirit,  Paul wrote, “If we live, we live for the Lord;
and if we die, we die for the Lord. So, whether we live or die, we belong
to the Lord.”  Romans 14:8 (NIV)

Today, Live for the Lord because you belong to Him.
