Does Does Christian Pop Music Speak to You?

I have never been much of a fan of Christian pop music.  If you are I am truly glad it works for you and that you have found inspiration.  It just does not seem to work for me.  I love folk music and ballads and most of what I hear on Christian radio seems to be anything but similar to the quality and draw of secular music.  I have always wondered why there is not more introspective popular Christian music.  I recently ran across this video interview between Bono and Eugene Peterson discussing this topic and the power of Psalms as it relates to music.
