No End

No End

I received an email advertising a product on sale for a limited time; after which
the sale would be gone “forever.” Things that last forever never come to an end.
What do you think of when you think of something having no end. I really can
think of only one thing that has no end – Jesus’s Kingdom in eternity. That is part
of the good news announced to Mary by the angel. She would have a son and His
Kingdom would never end.

Inspired by the Holy Spirit, Luke recorded, “Then the angel said to her, “Do not be
afraid, Mary, for you have found favor with God. And behold, you will conceive in
your womb and bring forth a Son, and shall call His name Jesus. He will be great,
and will be called the Son of the Highest; and the Lord God will give Him the throne
of His father David. And He will reign over the house of Jacob forever, and of His
kingdom there will be no end.” Luke 1:30-33 (NKJV)

Today, look to the Kingdom of God – there is no end.
